The 2024 Ladies European Tour (LET) season is now done and dusted with 28 official tournaments in the history books alongside the Olympic Games and Solheim Cup.
After another thoroughly enjoyable year, one which took the Tour around the world to five different continents, we’ve taken a delve into some of the statistics of the season. From youthful winners to bountiful birdies, let’s get stuck into the numbers…
15
Everyone loves a hole-in-one and this year we were treated to 15 aces throughout the season. Czechia’s Klara Davidson Spilkova, Germany’s Leonie Harm and England’s Bronte Law got the ball rolling back in Australia when they all carded ones at the Women’s NSW Open.
Cara Gorlei made an ace for the cameras in Germany, following this up with a second hole-in-one of the year at the Lacoste Ladies Open de France.
In-between these feats, Solheim Cup star Jodi Ewart-Shadoff made an ace at The Amundi Evian Championship winning a Porsche in the process.
Incredibly, at the Aramco Team Series – Shenzhen, lightning struck twice within the space of 10 minutes when Moa Folke and Emma Grechi – playing a group apart – both aced the 8th at the Mission Hills Golf Club.

The only thing better than a hole-in-one? An albatross of course. In 2024, the rarest of birds hit our leaderboards twice as Emma Grechi and Lauren Walsh both produced the seemingly impossible.
Grechi made a two at Erinvale Golf Club in South Africa, winning a Renault car and giving us the celebration of the season as her second shot hit the back of the hole. Walsh meanwhile made a two on a par-5 during the final day of the Amundi German Masters.
7 strokes
Switzerland’s Chiara Tamburlini – winner of the 2024 Order of Merit – recorded the biggest winning margin this year when she stormed to a seven-shot victory at the Joburg Ladies Open.
The LET rookie clinched her maiden title in the process, starting a year of dominance as she won two more times (more than any other player), captained her team to two Aramco Team Series titles, won the Order of Merit, Rookie of the Year and Players’ Player of the Year accolades.
11 strokes
Swedish star Linn Grant was 11 shots behind compatriot Sebastian Söderberg heading into the final day of the Volvo Car Scandinavian Mixed back in June.
But it didn’t matter as the Solheim Cup winner fired a bogey-free 65 – chipping in on her final hole – which proved to be enough to write her name in the history books for a second time.
271
Back to Tamburlini, the Swiss winning machine, she made light work of birdies in 2024 carding 271 red numbers across the season. Belgium’s Manon De Roey, second in the Order of Merit, also finished second on this front posting 270 throughout 2024.
Throughout the 28 official events, a total of 23,154 birdies were posted on the LET.
36
The number of LET members who competed at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris. Germany’s Esther Henseleit, also a star at the Solheim Cup, claimed a sensational Silver medal while fellow LET member China’s Xiyu Lin clinched the Bronze.
23 years
The age gap between Germany’s Helen Briem and England’s Liz Young, the youngest and oldest winners of the 2024 season.
Briem won the La Sella Open in September aged 19 years and 41 days. Young meanwhile earned her second LET title at the Hero Women’s Indian Open winning by one stroke at the age of 42 years and 2 days.
The average age of the winners on the LET meanwhile was 27.66.
16
After 28 official events the winners of the 2024 LET season represented 16 countries.
Shannon Tan of Singapore, Leona Maguire of Ireland and Mariajo Uribe were their country’s first ever winners on the LET.
England had the most winners with six (Bronte Law, Amy Taylor, Alice Hewson, Annabel Dimmock, Liz Young and Charley Hull). Click here for more stats.
