Singapore’s Shannon Tan has won the July Player of the Month award for 2026 following her excellent form on the Ladies European Tour (LET).
The award, which was introduced in 2025, highlights and showcases the brilliant performances from our elite athletes seen on fairways across the globe.
Voted for by fans on the LET’s app and website, Harm was shortlisted by commentators Richard Kaufman and Sophie Walker. The 22-year-old was nominated alongside Spain’s Carolina Chacarra, Korea’s Jenny Shin and Germany’s Esther Henseleit.
The nominees were announced on Thursday August 6 and voting concluded on Tuesday August 18 with Tan winning her third Player of the Month accolade with 69% of the vote.
It was an excellent month for Tan, who won the 2025 LET Order of Merit, in the Major championships as she recorded a top-20 finish at the Amundi Evian Championship followed by a T6 finish at the AIG Women’s Open.
The three-time LET winner captures her third title having won the Player of Month awards in June and October 2025.
“I’m really honoured to be named Player of the Month! A big thank you to the LET and all the fans for the continuous support,” said Tan. “It really means a lot, and hopefully I can keep the momentum going and finish the season strong.”
Tan follows in the footsteps of Thailand’s April Angurasaranee, Australia’s Hannah Green, England’s Esme Hamilton, Germany’s Leonie Harm and Australia’s Justice Bosio, who have won the awards so far in 2026.
