The 2026 Ladies European Tour (LET) season is into its final third with two events in September and now it’s time to cast your vote for the Player of the Month award.
Two events took place on the LET in September with the La Sella Open in Spain followed by the Buccellati Ladies Italian Open at Golf Club Milano.
The Player of the Month award, which was introduced in 2025, sees LET commentators Richard Kaufman and Sophie Walker decided upon four nominees based on performances during the month.
September 2026 Player of the Month Shortlist
Charlotte Heath (England)
Wins: 1

England’s Charlotte Heath secured her maiden LET victory last month winning La Sella Open by two strokes. The rookie produced rounds of 68-65-73 to win with a score of 10-under-par and take home the winner’s cheque of €150,000. Heath also climbed to the top of the Rookie of the Year rankings with her victory.
Expert opinion: “Victory can sometimes come at a price. For Charlotte Heath that meant buying her professional golfer boyfriend an expensive watch after a bet between the two. It would have been worth it as Heath became just the third rookie winner this season. The English player may have had to wait over 40 hours between her brilliant second round and the start of her final round, but she stayed firm with the treacherous back nine at La Sella to break through.”
Casandra Alexander (South Africa)
Wins: 1

South Africa’s Casandra Alexander secured two victories in three starts on the LET winning by three strokes at the Buccellati Ladies Italian Open. The 27-year-old carded rounds of 67-68-69 to hoist a second trophy this season and claim her third LET title. Alexander also extended her advantage at the top of the Order of Merit to over 1000 points.
Expert opinion: “Casandra Alexander is now a three-time winner on the LET, finishing top of the podium in Monza. She closed with three birdies in her final four holes to clinch the Buccellati Ladies Italian Open and stretch her lead at the top of the Order of Merit. It’s been a winning summer, as she rises to 26 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.”
Alessandra Fanali (Italy)
Top-10s: 2

Italy’s Alessandra Fanali found some consistent form in September with back-to-back top-10 finishes. The Italian recorded a runner-up finish at La Sella Open with a final round of 68 (-4) and then headed to her home open. Fanali ended the week in Monza in a share of ninth place at the Buccellati Ladies Italian Open.
Expert opinion: “2026 has been something of a slow burner for Alessandra Fanali, but it looks like she’s determined to end the year on a high. The Italian had been insisting she had been playing well but didn’t have the results to show for it. That changed in September, at La Sella she made a last-day move and picked up her fourth runner-up finish on Tour. She followed that with another top-10 in her national open a week later.”
Kajsa Arwefjäll (Sweden)
Top-5s: 2

Sweden’s Kajsa Arwefjäll continued her fine run of form in September with two more top-5 finishes to add to her 2026 results. The Swede finished in solo fourth place at La Sella Open before a T5 at the Buccellati Ladies Italian Open. Arwefjäll has now recorded five consecutive top-10 finishes and nine top-10 finishes in 2026 on the LET.
Expert opinion: “Kajsa Arwefjäll is playing some incredibly consistent golf. Two top-5 finishes in September making it five top-10s in a row for the Swede. She hasn’t shot worse than level par in 16 rounds and has catapulted herself to sixth on the Order of Merit.”
