Anna Nordqvist – Sweden

One of the most experienced players in Solheim Cup history, Anna Nordqvist will captain Team Europe in 2026 after making nine consecutive appearances in the competition as a player. A three-time major champion, Nordqvist won the 2009 LPGA Championship, the 2017 Evian Championship and the 2021 AIG Women’s Open, and holds an additional six LPGA Tour titles.
Nordqvist has been part of five winning European teams and served as a playing vice-captain in both 2023 and 2024. She also represented Europe in the Junior Solheim Cup in 2005 alongside fellow team member Carlota Ciganda.
Solheim Cup fun fact: She made the first hole-in-one in Solheim Cup history during the 2013 contest.
Caroline Hedwall – Sweden

Mel Reid – England

Mel Reid is another hugely experienced member of the European side. The Englishwoman played in four Solheim Cups during her career, winning on two occasions, and has also served as a vice-captain at the 2019 and 2024 editions. She was also a member of the 2005 Junior Solheim Cup team alongside fellow team members Anna Nordqvist and Carlota Ciganda.
Reid has six victories on the Ladies European Tour and one on the LPGA Tour. She retired from professional golf following the 2024 season and has since established herself as a familiar voice in golf broadcasting, working with Golf Channel as an analyst, on-course reporter and live-show contributor.

Van Dam has five victories on the Ladies European Tour and was a member of Europe’s winning 2019 Solheim Cup team. She also represented Europe in the PING Junior Solheim Cup in 2013 and will captain the European Junior team in 2026, with the competition taking place on the same course as the Solheim Cup, for the first time in its history.
Charley Hull – England

One of the biggest names in European golf, Charley Hull will make her eighth appearance for Team Europe at the 2026 Solheim Cup, having been part of four winning teams. She also represented Europe in the 2011 PING Junior Solheim Cup alongside teammates Céline Boutier and Leona Maguire.
The Englishwoman secured her place automatically through the LET’s Solheim Cup standings after an impressive qualifying campaign. She has three LPGA Tour victories and five LET titles to her name, as well as five runner-up finishes in major championships.
Solheim Cup fun fact: Hull made her Solheim Cup debut as a teenager in 2013 and is the youngest players ever to represent Europe in the competition.
Esther Henseleit – Germany

Esther Henseleit returns to Team Europe for her second Solheim Cup appearance after making her debut in 2024. She was also a member of the 2017 PING Junior Solheim Cup team alongside fellow Team Europe players Maja Stark and Linn Grant.
Henseleit won the silver medal at the 2024 Paris Summer Olympic Games and has two victories on the LET. She enjoyed a strong 2026 season, finishing runner-up at the AIG Women’s Open after narrowly missing out on victory in a playoff.
Lottie Woad – England

One of the youngest stars on the team, World No.7 Lottie Woad will make her Solheim Cup debut in 2026.
Woad has enjoyed a remarkable rise from amateur golf to the professional ranks. A former world No. 1 amateur, Woad won the 2025 KPMG Women’s Irish Open before turning professional, then followed it up by winning the ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open on her professional debut. In 2026, she added another LPGA Tour victory at the Kroger Queen City Championship presented by P&G and has continued to impress with a series of top-10 results, including top-10 finishes at both the Amundi Evian Championship and the AIG Women’s Open.

Celine Boutier – France

Carlota Ciganda – Spain

Carlota Ciganda joins Charley Hull as the tied most experienced player on Team Europe, making her eighth consecutive Solheim Cup appearance after representing Europe at every edition since 2013. The Spaniard has been part of three winning European teams, lifting the trophy in 2013, 2019 and 2021, while also retaining it in 2023. She has earned 14 points from her 27 career matches.
Ciganda has 11 professional victories across the LPGA Tour and Ladies European Tour, and remains one of Spain’s most accomplished female golfers, she won the LET’s order of Merity in her debut season in 2012 and was also named player of the year and rookie of the year.
Solheim Cup Fun Fact: Ciganda was the only player to win all four of her matches at the 2023 Solheim Cup and she sank the putt that retained the Cup for Europe in front of her home crowd in Spain.
Linn Grant – Sweden

Linn Grant returns for her third Solheim Cup appearance, having represented Europe in 2023 and 2024. She won the event again in 2024, becoming the first player to claim the title twice.

Maguire became the first Irishwoman to win an LPGA Tour event when she captured the 2022 Drive On Championship, before adding a second title at the 2023 Meijer LPGA Classic. She also enjoyed a decorated amateur career, spending a record 135 weeks ranked No. 1 in the World Amateur Golf Ranking.

Nadaud enjoyed a breakthrough 2025 season, winning her maiden LET title at the Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España and finishing third in the Order of Merit. She arrives at her first Solheim Cup as one of the youngest players on Team Europe and one of the rising stars of the European game.

Her breakthrough year included victories at the Ford Women’s New South Wales Open, Joburg Ladies Open and Dutch Ladies Open. Rhodes also represented Great Britain & Ireland in the 2024 Curtis Cup alongside her younger sister Patience, becoming only the second pair of sisters to play in the event after Leona and Lisa Maguire.
