The Ladies European Tour (LET) is proud to announce the release of “Inside the Ropes”, a new documentary following the European Solheim Cup Team that will air on TikTok this evening.
The documentary shows a behind the scenes perspective of Team Europe as they retained the prestigious trophy at the 2023 Solheim Cup at Finca Cortesin where they created history by keeping the Cup in European hands for the third time in a row.
Inside the Ropes will be streamed live tonight on Sunday 10 December at 7pm GMT on TikTok, while it will also be available on the LET YouTube channel.
Suzann Pettersen was captaining Team Europe for the first time and the team entered the week in Spain knowing they had the possibility of creating history by being the first European side to win three in a row.
The documentary features rookie Gemma Dryburgh arriving at the venue and seeing her room for the first time, fun activities being played in the Team room on Monday night, as well as behind the scenes of the official photocall and the opening ceremony.
As the competition gets underway, the documentary follows the on-course action and crowd reaction as Europe battle back from being 4-0 down after the first session to both teams being 8-8 as they enter the final day.
The drama unfolds with the tight Sunday singles matches and shows the celebrations after Carlota Ciganda holed the putt to retain the cup for Europe.
