LET BACK IN BELGIUM FOR 2026 HULENCOURT WOMEN’S OPEN

After Noora Komulainen’s emotional victory at the Tipsport Czech Ladies Open, one which saw the Finn win in a playoff to secure her first title on the Ladies European Tour (LET), the circuit is back in Belgium this week for the 2026 Hulencourt Women’s Open.

The tournament marks the 15th stop of the 2026 season and second edition of the competition. A field of 132 players will tee up in the 72-hole event which gets underway on Thursday 2 July.

Hulencourt Golf Club is on hosting duties once again. The par-72 Le Vallon course is located 30 minutes from Brussels and has previously staged tournaments on the Challenge Tour and ProGolf Tour.

Wales’ Darcey Harry tees up as the defending champion after storming to a three-shot victory in 2025. The now 23-year-old earned her maiden victory on the LET with the triumph last time out.

Elsewhere, three LET Order of Merit winners will be teeing up in Belgium with Georgia Hall (2017 and 2018), Trichat Cheenglab (2023) and Shannon Tan (2025) all in the field. Hall is continuing her comeback trail this week after giving birth to a baby boy earlier this year. Tan meanwhile finished T32 at last week’s KPMG Women’s PGA Championship.

India’s Aditi Ashok also makes a return to LET action this week. The Indian has five victories on the circuit and will tee up at next week’s Amundi Evian Championship, the fourth Major of the season.

Four Belgians will be competing up on home soil at Hulencourt Women’s Open: Savannah De Bock, Sophie Bert, Celine Manche, Alix Denis. De Bock is a two-time winner of the PING Junior Solheim Cup and currently studies at Eastern Michigan University.

Another high profile amateur player, Soomin Oh from South Korea, tees up as an invitee. Oh finished runner-up at the Ford Women’s NSW Open earlier this year in Australia and is currently 7th in the World Amateur Rankings.

On the LET Order of Merit, Kelsey Bennett is the highest placed player competing in Belgium this week. The Aussie sits third in the season-long standings on 1,112.75 points thanks to her win at the Australian Women’s Classic. South Africa’s Casandra Alexander and France’s Agathe Laisne sit first and second but are both absent this week.

A total of 40 nations are represented in the field this week, the highest number of any field so far this season on the LET. No fewer than 18 rookies will tee up lead by current Rookie of the Year Anna Morgan from the USA. The next 10 best first year players are also competing in Belgium. The full field can be found here.

All four rounds of the Hulencourt Women’s Open will be broadcast around the world as well as right here on the LET website. Full broadcast details to follow.
