HULL STILL LEADS 2026 SOLHEIM CUP POINTS LIST AFTER THIRD MAJOR OF THE YEAR

Last week saw another opportunity for European players to earn points in the race for a place on the team at the 2026 Solheim Cup.

The third major championship of the 2026 season, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship, saw Haeran Ryu triumph at Hazeltine.

Germany’s Esther Henseleit had the best finish of the European LET members in the field with T15.

The two-time LET winner climbed up 10 spots in the LET Solheim Cup points list to 36th place and is number 49 in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings.

Team Europe will comprise of the top two players from the LET Solheim Cup points list, the next six spots will be filled by the top six eligible players through the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, and four captain’s picks.

After the 2026 AIG Women’s Open, the European Team will be decided with the eight automatic qualifiers confirmed and captain Anna Nordqvist will announce her picks in due course.

England’s Charley Hull continued to lead the points list with 226.68 points followed by Switzerland’s Chiara Tamburlini in second with 133.10 points and Germany’s Helen Briem a close third.

The six Rolex Rankings spots are currently occupied by England’s Lottie Woad, Sweden’s Maja Stark, France’s Celine Boutier, Spain’s Carlota Ciganda, Sweden’s Linn Grant and Germany’s Esther Henseleit.
