The 16th event of the Ladies European Tour (LET) season is here with the 2025 ISPS HANDA Women’s Scottish Open at Dundonald Links.

It is the ninth edition of the tournament since it became co-sanctioned with the LPGA Tour and the fourth consecutive year that Dundonald has hosted.

A field of 144 players representing 32 nationalities will compete in a 72-hole stroke play competition with a cut to the top 65 players and ties after 36 holes.

The field is split between the LET and LPGA with players from both Tours competing for a slice of the $2 million USD prize fund.

Five Scottish players will be teeing it up this week with Hannah Darling, Lorna Mcclymont and Kylie Henry all getting invitations into the tournament.

They will also be joined by Solheim Cup winner Gemma Dryburgh and LET member Kelsey Macdonald as the home players.

Scotland’s Darling, who played for Team Europe at the 2019 PING Junior Solheim Cup, will be making her professional debut this week.

Another player joining the professional ranks is England’s Lottie Woad, who earned her LPGA Tour card following her T3 finish at the Amundi Evian Championship.

Four past champions will be teeing it up with Lauren Coughlin (2024), Ayaka Furue (2022), Ariya Jutanugarn (2018) and Mi Hyang Lee (2017) all in the field.

Three of the major champions from 2025 are also in Scotland with Sweden’s Maja Stark, who won the U.S. Women’s Open presented by Ally, playing as well as Australian duo Minjee Lee and Grace Kim.

There are 11 LET winners from the 2025 season here with Cara Gainer (Lalla Meryem Cup), Manon De Roey (Australian Women’s Classic), Mimi Rhodes (Ford Women’s NSW Open; Joburg Ladies Open; Dutch Ladies Open), Perrine Delacour (Investec SA Women’s Open), Hyo Joo Kim (Aramco Korea Championship), Sara Kouskova (Jabra Ladies Open; Tenerife Women’s Open), Darcey Harry (Hulencourt Women’s Open), Casandra Alexander (Tipsport Czech Ladies Open), Shannon Tan (Amundi German Masters), Lottie Woad (KPMG Women’s Irish Open) and Grace Kim (The Amundi Evian Championship) all in attendance.

Seven LET rookies (Kajsa Arwefjäll, Ginnie Ding, Amelia Garvey, Darcey Harry, Lorna Mcclymont, Brianna Navarrosa, Mimi Rhodes) are teeing it up hoping to gain more points in this co-sanctioned event which sees 750 points for a win compared to 500 at a standard LET event.

The 144 player field contains a total of 58 LET winners, who have a combined total of 131 wins between them.
