The Amundi Evian Championship has announced an increase in its prize fund, now set at US$9.1 million.
Backed by the strong support of its Sponsors Club led by Amundi, evian®, Danone, and Rolex and further strengthened by the arrival of Hyosung, the tournament has decided, at the start of 2026, to raise its prize money for its 32nd edition.
The Amundi Evian Championship will take place from July 9 to 12, 2026, on its historic course at the Evian Resort Golf Club, on the shores of Lake Geneva, and will bring together the 132 best players in the world. Australia’s Grace Kim is the defending champion.
About The Amundi Evian Championship
The Amundi Evian Championship is part of the select club of the five women’s professional golf majors. Supported by a prestigious Sponsors’ Club, that brings together the leaders in their categories, front and center Amundi, the title sponsor, followed by long-standing major partners evian®, Danone and Rolex joined in 2026 by Hyosung.
At the Evian Resort Golf Club, every year, the Major unites the elite of the Rolex Rankings and the emerging players of the new generation: 132 players, 4 days of competition with a cut after 2 rounds (65 players and ties). The Champions Course was entirely remodelled in 2013 to become one of the most competitive major championship courses, asserting a unique character within a natural environment surrounded by lake and mountains.
Host to the Major, the Evian Resort, with its three luxury hotels, its 18-hole course (The Champions Course), a 6-hole course (The Lake Course) and the Academy, is considered one of the top golf destinations in the world.
