What would you choose if you were asked whether you would prefer to watch the pros play at the Ryder Cup or play a round yourself on the Old Course in St. Andrews? These were among the 80 prizes on offer at the ‘Big Charity Auction’ which took place on September 15.
Priceless experiences on offer included the opportunity for a child to go onto the field with one of the FC Bayern players as an Escort Kid, the chance to travel to the Champions League with FC Bayern members, take part in an international German football match or a trip to the Land Rover Experience 2015 in Australia. There were VIP tickets for a Lang Lang concert, jerseys signed by professional German football stars and more. The proceeds from the auction will go to the foundations supported in the Charity Promotion Events 2014 including the Franz-Beckenbauer-Foundation and the German School Sports Foundation.
