Germany’s Olivia Cowan claimed the season’s top spot winning the 2015 LETAS Order of Merit with three victories at the ASGI Ladies Open, Boras Ladies Open and the Norrporten Ladies Open, and recording a further four top ten finishes during this season. Olivia answers some quick questions…

What is your favourite activity you do when you want to relax?
I like to watch Netflix or chill with friends
How do you spend your time in the airports?
Mostly just listening to music and maybe looking around some stores
What’s the best piece of advice you have ever received?
You can’t change what has happened, look forward.
If you had one word to describe yourself, what would it be?
Fun to be with! I hope.
If you could travel anywhere in the world, where would it be?
Australia, Maldives, New York…too difficult to pick one!
What advice would you give to aspiring amateurs looking to turn professional?
Don’t be nervous just because you’re new on tour, you can do just as well and get some experience as an amateur first!
Do you like cooking? If so, what do you like/prefer to cook when you are at home with friends?
I don’t like cooking that much, if you want to cook something good it takes time and I would rather do something else.
Tell us something you hate doing. Why?
Jogging. It’s so boring.
What has been you biggest golfing achievement?
Winning the 2015 LETAS Order of Merit
What is your favourite golf course to play and why?
I like playing St.Leon Rot, it’s a great course to practice on.
Do you have any superstitions before playing golf?
I don’t like to look at the scores before I go out.
Age you started playing golf? How did you get involved in golf?
3 or 4 .My dad is a golf coach so I he made me start, but I liked it so I kept on going!
Age you received your first handicap?
I cannot even remember! A while back!
What is your best travel tip?
Always have a phone or an iPod so you can listen to music or a laptop to watch a movie on

What tournament are you looking forward to most this season?
The LET Dubai tournament, I have an invite which I am really excited about and thankful to get the experience ahead of the 2016 season.
