With 20 events of the 2023 Ladies European Tour (LET) season completed, the home stretch will soon be in sight.
And throughout this latest six-week stretch of tournament, there have been plenty of moves in the 2023 Race to Costa del Sol – the season-long competition to crown the LET’s number on player.
It is now France’s Celine Boutier who sits at the top of the rankings with 1,725.38 points from the four events she has played.
Boutier had an unbelievable run of form in the summer which included capturing her maiden major title winning the 2023 Amundi Evian Championship on home soil.
The Solheim Cup star then followed that up with victory at the FREED GROUP Women’s Scottish Open Presented by Trust Golf and she rounded off her summer swing with T16 at the AIG Women’s Open.
Spain’s Ana Peláez Trivino sits in second place in the standings with 1,487.20 having recorded three top-25 finishes over the past six weeks.
India’s Aditi Ashok is in third place having accumulated some more points over the European summer and now has 1,309.19 to her name.
Sweden’s Linn Grant is fourth with 1,276.28 points having recorded three top-20 finishes at the Amundi Evian Championship, Women’s Scottish Open and AIG Women’s Open.
India’s Diksha Dagar moved up to fifth place with her best-ever major finish of T21 at the AIG Women’s Open and T6 at the ISPS HANDA World Invitational Presented by AVIV Clinics.
Czechia’s Klara Davidson Spilkova sits in sixth place with 1,066.46 points, while Germany’s Olivia Cowan has moved up to seventh thanks to her T9 and fifth place finishes at the AIG Women’s Open and ISPS HANDA World Invitational, respectively.
Sweden’s Johanna Gustavsson sits in eighth place with the English duo of Cara Gainer and Charley Hull rounding out the top 10.
It’s still all to play for as the LET gets ready for its summer stretch with the top three on the Race to Costa del Sol receiving a bonus pool, while the top 10 have the opportunity to go to the Final Stage of LPGA Q-Series. The full standings can be found here.
The Race to Costa del Sol continues next week with the KPMG Women’s Irish Open at Dromoland Castle. Join the conversation @LETgolf using #RaceToCostaDelSol.
