An abundance of young stars will take to the Ladies European Tour (LET) fairways in 2024 for an exciting schedule which sees trips to five different continents. From budding rookies to well-known winners, here are 10 players aged 22-and-under to watch on the LET this year…
Kirsten Rudgeley
Age: 22
2023 RTCDS: 30
Following an outstanding amateur career, one which included victories at the Scottish Women’s Open Amateur Championship and English Amateur Championship, Australia’s Kirsten Rudgeley enjoyed a solid debut season on Tour finishing fourth in the Rookie of the Year race.
With quality shot shaping and a laid-back persona, Rudgeley’s game grew from strength to strength in 2023 as she placed T4 at both the KPMG Women’s Irish Open and Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España – the final event of the season where she led for two days of competition.
A strong end to the season bears well for Rudgeley heading into 2024 as the consistent Aussie looks to kick on and add professional success to an already impressive resume.
Annabell Fuller
Age: 21
2023 RTCDS: N/A
Our first rookie on the list, Annabell Fuller is undoubtably one to watch in 2024 after the Englishwoman cruised through Q-School winning the Pre-Qualifier at Palmerie Rotana before finishing T5 at the Final Stage event.
Turning pro shortly after to achieve a “lifelong dream”, the Florida Gators star will now be looking to build on a highly successful amateur career having competed for Team Europe at both the Junior Ryder Cup and PING Junior Solheim Cup, as well having finished runner-up behind LET winner Aline Krauter at the 2020 Women’s Amateur Championship.
Chiara Noja
Age: 17
2023 RTCDS: 25
2023 proved to be a rollercoaster year for Germany’s Chiara Noja as the teenage superstar showed glimpses of her world class best before suffering an injury setback in the summer.
Early on the 17-year-old LET winner continued where she left off in 2022 finishing third at the Investec South African Women’s Open and runner-up at the Belgian Ladies Open.
A shoulder injury halted Noja’s momentum in July, but the talented German has been working hard to regain full fitness and aims to be back stronger than ever in 2024.
Sophie Witt
Age: 21
2023 RTCDS: 36
Now an established player on Tour, Germany’s Sophie Witt could be set for a breakthrough year in 2024 after ending last season 36th in the Race to Costa del Sol.
One of the best ball strikers on Tour, Witt recorded three top-10 finishes in 2023 including taking compatriot Alexandra Försterling right to the wire at the VP Bank Swiss Ladies Open to fall just short of a maiden LET title.
Still just 21-years-old, expect to see Witt in contention throughout 2024 as she looks to follow in the footsteps of several recent German winners on Tour.
Nataliya Guseva
Age: 20
2023 RTCDS: N/A
Winner of Lalla Aicha Marrakech Q-School in dominant fashion, Nataliya Guseva is a world class star in the making and will be one to watch in 2024 as she tees up on both the LPGA and LET.
The Moscow-born talent enjoyed a successful collegiate career at the University of Miami and already has silverware to her name after winning on the Epson Tour at the Black Desert Classic in 2023.
Guseva – delightfully nicknamed ‘Goose’ – will start 2024 on the LET where she will no doubt be one to watch thanks to her impressive long game and clutch short game abilities.
April Angurasaranee
Age: 19
2023 RTCDS: 31
Talking of great nicknames, Chanoknan Angurasaranee, known as ‘April’, could also be set for a big year after finishing 31st in the Race to Costa del Sol in her rookie season.
The Thai teenager oozed class in her debut year showcasing a big-hitting prowess right from the get-go as she finished runner-up at the Magical Kenya Ladies Open.
With four more top-15s to her name, April would comfortably retain her card and now hopes to propel even further and become the next Thai star to win on the LET, following the likes of Ariya Jutanugarn, Atthaya Thitikul and Trichat Cheenglab.
Jung Min Hong
Age: 21
2023 RTCDS: N/A
Arriving in Morocco as one of two qualifiers from the Top 100 of the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings (Perrine Delacour the other), KLPGA winner Jung Min Hong lived up to expectations at Q-School finishing T20 to earn full status for 2024.
Aged just 21-years-old, the Korean has already made a mark in Asia picking up one win and two runner-up finishes on her domestic circuit.
Having committed to a full season on the LET, Hong will no doubt be one to watch in 2024 as she looks to make a big impression in Europe like so many compatriots before her.
Nastasia Nadaud
Age: 19
2023 RTCDS: 54
Our second youngest player on the list, France’s Nastasia Nadaud could also be set for a breakthrough year in 2024 after enjoying a confident rookie season last time out.
Having earned her card in style finishing third at LET Q-School, the always-smiley Nadaud posted three top-10s in 2023 and showed tremendous consistency alongside her French finesse.
Lily May Humphreys
Age: 21
2023 RTCDS: 18
The second LET winner on the list, England’s Lily May Humphreys will be eager to kick on in 2024 after landing her maiden title at the Joburg Ladies Open in 2023.
It was a dream week for Humphreys back in March as she came from six shots behind at Modderfontein Golf Club to secure full playing rights following an up-and-down rookie season.
Capable of going as low as anyone when the putter is hot, the 21-year-old is still full of potential and will be hopeful of continuing her fine form in 2024.
Pranavi Urs
Age: 20
2023 RTCDS: N/A
Women’s golf in India is growing rapidly with LET winners Aditi Ashok and Diksha Dagar leading the charge, and the country now looks to have its next ready-made star in 20-year-old Pranavi Urs.
With a confident personality and aggressive playing style, Urs earned full status after finishing T13 at Final Stage Q-School. The rookie will now be hoping to make a big impression on Tour just like the beforementioned Indians.
