Australian Stacey Keating recovered from a bogey-bogey start with five birdies in sweltering conditions at Yalong Bay Golf Club in the first round of the Sanya Ladies Open in China on Thursday morning to set the clubhouse target.
At three-under-par, she held a one-stroke lead over five other players: Mireia Prat from Spain, Amelia Lewis of the United States, Neha Tripathi from India and Thai duo Supamas Samchang and Janya Morrakotphan.
