AIG WOMEN’S OPEN TICKETS COMPETITION
PRIZE DRAW COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. The Promoter.
The Promoter is Ladies European Tour, Buckinghamshire Golf Club, Denham Court Drive, Denham, Buckinghamshire, UB9 5PG (the “Promoter”, “We”, or “Us”).
2. The Competition.
The title of the competition is the “AIG WOMEN’S OPEN TICKETS COMPETITION” (the “Competition”).
3. How to Enter.
3.1 This Competition will run from 18:00 UK time on July 3, 2023to 23:59 UK time on July 24, 2023 (the “Competition Period”). All Competition entries must be received by Us by no later than midnight on the last day of the Competition Period. All Competition entries received after the Competition Period are automatically disqualified.
3.2 To enter the Competition, you must:
3.2.1 “Like” the Promoter’s Competition post on Promoter’s Instagram @LETgolf (the “Social Media Channel”) during the Competition Period; and
3.2.2 “Follow” the Social Media Channel during the Competition Period; and
3.2.3 “Tag” at least one (1) friend on the Promoter’s Competition post on the Social Media Channel challenging them to participate in the Competition.
3.3 The Competition is free to enter. You may need to have access to the internet in order to enter. Costs for this may vary, please check with your service provider for current charges.
3.4 We will not accept responsibility for Competition entries that fail to be submitted as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
3.5 By choosing to participate in the Competition, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
3.6 The winner of the Competition draw will be the first entrant randomly selected on July 25, 2023 from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. Eligibility.
4.1 The Competition is open to all residents in the United Kingdom (“Authorized Territories“) over the age of 18, except Our employees (or employees of the Promoter’s respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Competition, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents) (together, “Released Parties”) or anyone who is professionally connected with the Competition or its administration, including the employees of the Prize suppliers.
4.2 In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim a Prize. We may require you to provide proof (including proof of age) that you are eligible to enter the Competition.
4.3 We will not accept Competition entries that are automatically generated by computer or completed by third parties or in bulk.
4.4 There is a limit of one (1) entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
4.5 No purchase of the Promoter’s products or services is required to enter the Competition.
4.6 The Promoter also reserves the right to reject entries that violate these terms and conditions. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
5. The Prizes.
5.1 The Prizes are Two (2) Champions Club hospitality passes for Saturday 12, 2023 August at the AIG Women’s Open including admission to Ellie Goulding concert] (worth £1200) (a “Prize”). There will be one (1) winner of the Competition.
5.2 The Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to replace any of the Prizes with an alternative Prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
5.4 Each Prize is not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative to any Prize.
5.5 Each Prize may not be sold, offered for sale, or used in connection with any other competition or promotion by the Prize winner.
6. Winners.
6.1 The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
6.2 The winner of the Competition will be randomly selected by a verifiable computer process.
6.3 We will contact the winner of the Competition personally as soon as practicable after the prize draw has taken place via Instagram Direct Message. Only the winner will be contacted.
6.4 The Promoter will publish the surname and location of Prize winner on the Promoter’s Instagram page @LETgolf on July 25, 2023 (“Announcement Date”) or send the surname and location of major prize winner to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to the address set out in Clause 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the conclusion of the Competition Period.
6.5 If you object to any or all of your surname, county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter at [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
7. Odds of Winning.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of valid entries received.
8. Claiming a Prize.
8.1 We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
8.2 If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize within seven (7) days after the date of the prize draw or is unable to comply with these standard terms and conditions, we reserve the right to offer that Prize to the next eligible entrant drawn at random from the entries that were received before the conclusion of the Competition Period.
8.3 We do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up a Prize. In this context there is no obligation for us besides the information mail mentioned in 6.3.
8.4 To redeem a Prize you must provide your e-mail address in an Authorized Territory and we will deliver details of how to collect the tickets digitally.
9. Data Protection and Publicity.
The Promoter will only process your personal information as set out in the https://ladieseuropeantour.com/privacy-policy/.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
10.1 By participating in the Competition, you agree to release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Competition or receipt of a Prize, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors associated with the Competition,; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Competition; (c) mechanical human, printing or typographical errors; or (d) injury, death, losses or damages of any kind, to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from your participation in the Competition or acceptance, receipt or misuse of any Prize you may receive.
10.2 You further agree that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Competition, and in no event shall the entrant be entitled to receive attorney’s fees. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Competition.
11. General.
11.1 The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the Social Media Channel(s). Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Us and not to the Social Media Channel(s). You release the Social Media Channel(s) from all liability relating to the Competition.
11.2 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11.3 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the Competition or from claiming a Prize.
11.4 We reserve the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
