LET members Anne Van Dam, Nicole Broch Larsen, Sophia Popov and Mel Reid played against football legends Zinedine Zidane, Robert Pires, Lizarazu, Alain Boghossian and Laurent Blanc in the annual charity football match during the Evian Championship.
A total of 26 goals were scored, raising which raised 13,000 euros for the ELA (European Leukodystrophies Association). The football legends joined Evian Championship chairman Franck Riboud and Jacques Bungert in the home side, against the players and caddies team, managed by Dame Laura Davies. Solheim Cup stars Carlota Ciganda and Ryann O’Toole, recent SA Women’s Open winner Ashleigh Simon, Nanna Koerstz Madsen, Whitney Hillier and Klara Spilkova were supporting the away side.
