Laura Davies at the Lalla Meryem Cup 2013
The Ladies European Tour and the European Tour get together once again in Agadir during the Coupe Lalla Meryem and the Trophée Hassan II de Golf. Today, in order to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of our championship, an exceptional and unusual event called the “Exhibition Mixed Match” will take place at the magnificent Golf du Palais Royal.
A total of 8 golf professionals, four men and four Ladies European Tour members, will play together on 6 holes. Two-major champion and former and victorious Ryder Cup captain Jose Maria Olazabal and current Ryder Cup captain and a multi-winner, Paul McGinley will be two of the professionals representing the men’s tour who will join Laura Davies and Gwladys Nocera. These are the participating teams:
