With the tournament due to begin on Friday, the teams for PIF London Championship were finalised on Wednesday in St Albans.
A total of 26 teams will take part in the tournament with each team comprising of four professional players.
Team Captains were selected from the official Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings as of Monday July 28, 2025, with the captains picking in reverse order e.g. the 26th-ranked captain picked first and the 1st ranked captain picked last.
Each Captain picked one team member to be on their team while the third and the fourth member were picked at random.
The captains went down different routes while picking their player, with some opting for a friend, others selecting those in form, and some choosing those from the same country.
Defending Team captain Nastadia Nadaud picked Germany’s Laura Fünfstück and they will also be joined by Sweden’s Sofie Bringner and Johanna Wrigley.
England’s Charley Hull selected Australia’s Sara Kemp with the pair also playing alongside Spain’s Marta Sanz Barrio and England’s Megan Dennis.
Singapore’s Shannon Tan opted for good friend Amy Taylor of England and they will be competing with Scotland’s Kelsey Macdonald and Denmark’s Natacha Host Husted.
LET Order of Merit leader Mimi Rhodes picked Curtis Cup team-mate Lorna Mcclymont of Scotland and the pair are joined by Norway’s Dorthea Forbrigd and France’s Adela Cernousek.
Germany’s Helen Briem chose compatriot Patricia Isabel Schmidt with the duo also playing alongside France’s Agathe Sauzon and India’s Avani Prashanth.
Eight-time LET winner Carlota Ciganda opted for the same tactic as she selected fellow Spaniard Fatima Fernandez Cano and the pair will play with England’s Eleanor Givens and Spain’s Luna Sobron Galmes.
Similarly, India’s Aditi Ashok picked fellow countrywoman Pranavi Urs and they will be competing alongside Finland’s Ursula Wikstrom and Japan’s Ayako Uehara.
