(Ullna GC, Stockholm, August 6 2004) Becky Morgan from Wales and Scotland’s Janice Moodie share the lead on four-under-par after the second round of the £325,000 HP Open at Ullna GC in Stockholm.

”I’ve had a similar year to last year so far this season, I’ve played better in different tournaments, but I’d just like to have a different ending. Obviously next week in Wales is really important to me so I want to do well.”
Moodie had four birdies and two bogeys and was happy with her round after a less successful season this year than last.
”I’ll take it”, quipped the two-time Solheim Cup player, who changed her coach from Chip Koehlke to Gary Weir after a chance meeting a month ago at the US Women’s Open.
”I’m in a bit of a transition at the moment so I’m sort of going back to my old habits, but I think its all for the best.
”I’ve nothing against Chip its just a fresh set of eyes, you’ve got to see it from someone elses view.
”I’ve had some poor form. I just didn’t like the ball flight whatsoever but now I can see some light at the end of the tunnel.”
Four players share seventh place on level par: Italians Silvia Cavalleri and Margherita Rigon, Denmark’s Carina Vagner and Trish Johnson from England.
The best score of a hot and windy day outside Sweden’s capital belonged to Florence Descampe from Belgium. The former Solheim Cup star carded a three-under-par 69 to make the cut after shooting an opening round of 81.
