With a year-and-a-half to go, ticket sales progressing at a good pace
Golf fans are eagerly awaiting the next Solheim Cup, which will be held at Finca Cortesin in Spain on September 18-24, 2023.
With almost a year-and-a-half to go, more than 10,000 tickets have already been sold, along with a large number of hotel reservations in the establishments close to Finca Cortesin.
“We are very satisfied with the pace of ticket sales for the Solheim Cup 2023, which has exceeded 10,000, when there are still 17 months left before the tournament. If we continue with this progression, we are convinced that we will achieve our objective of a ‘sell out’ several months before the event “, declared Iñigo Aramburu, general manager of Deporte & Business, the company that organises the event.
Likewise, the best-selling product to date is the “Season Ticket”, that allows access to the golf course from Monday to Sunday. This demonstrates the great interest in everything surrounding this event and that they don’t want to miss anything, not even the training sessions”, concluded Aramburu.
Solheim Cup 2023 tickets prices start from €25 for the practice rounds (September 19, 20 and 21). The tickets for Day 1, Friday September 22, have a price of €70; tickets to attend Day 2, Saturday September 23, cost €80; and access on Sunday September 24, Day 3, when the momentous individual matches are played, cost €99.
In addition to individual tickets and for each day of the tournament, there is also the possibility of acquiring two types of season tickets. The first, called “Season Ticket”, has a reduced price of €179 (previously it cost €199) and allows entry to the golf course from Monday to Sunday; and the second, more exclusive ticket called “Solheim Cup Pavilion Ticket”, has an amount of €499 and gives access to the golf course throughout the week and to the Solheim Cup Pavilion from Thursday to Sunday, an exclusive area where guests can rest, follow the tournament on screens and enjoy a varied gastronomic offering.
