A 100,000 euros prize fund will be distributed among the remaining players in the contest and according to the prize fund break down, 35,000 euros will be awarded to the winner if all five players make the cut at Chart Hills. That first prize increases to 38,000 euros if only four players make it through and to 45,000 euros if there are only three players left in the competition on Sunday 8th October.
If there are just two players who make the cut, the winner will earn 60,000 euros and, if only one of the five players makes the cut in England, they will take home the entire prize fund – a massive first prize of 100,000 euros.
“The 18 Finest” course holes which have been played so far are as follows: the first and second at the Tenerife Ladies Open; the third and fourth at the Spanish Open, the fifth at the Vediorbis Open de France; the sixth and seventh at the KLM Ladies Open; the eighth and ninth at the BMW Ladies Italian Open; the 10th and 11th at the Wales Ladies Championship; the 12th at the SAS Masters in Norway; the 13th and 14th at the Nykredit Masters in Demark; the 15th and 16th at the Siemens Austrian Open; and the final two holes are the 17th and 18th which will be played at the BBC Radio Kent Ladies’ English Open.
“The 18 Finest” virtual golf course measures 6384 yards and is a par 72. The front nine is a par 37 measuring 3264 yards and the back nine, a par 35, measures 3120 yards.
