ROUSSIN EXCITED TO TACKLE FULL SEASON ON THE LET

After a rollercoaster year on either side of the Atlantic, France’s Pauline Roussin admits she is now in reset mode as she prepares to embark on an exciting full season on the Ladies European Tour (LET) in 2024.

The 23-year-old competed mostly on the LPGA in 2023, returning to the LET on several occasions to bring her customary fun and flair to our fairways around the globe.

Back in March, Roussin played arguably her best golf to date as she outplayed world stars Danielle Kang and Lydia Ko at the Aramco Team Series presented by PIF – Singapore event to claim her second LET title.

This was followed by a team victory in the subsequent Florida ATS event, where the French star guided her squad of Nuria Iturrioz, Trish Johnson and amateur Michael Bickford to a two-shot win.

Staying in the USA for her second full season on the LPGA, the former World No 1 Amateur struggled to maintain consistent form, recording one top-10 on the circuit before returning to Q Series in November.

Finishing T51 in Alabama, an agonising one-shot shy of the top-45, Roussin has now confirmed she will compete solely on the LET in 2024 as she looks to regain form, spend more time with family, and find her spark once again.

In an inspirational post on Instagram, a candid Roussin said: “This season on the LPGA took away my spark for all the aspect of performance for the highs and the lows little by little, bit by bit until I was left at the end of it with an iceberg of luggage on my shoulders and a fried brain…

“But I was raised in a family of brilliant warriors, resilient as hell and it pushed me to fight so hard for my dreams despite the frustration, the disappointment and sadness for not being able to find my way back to performing like I’ve trained for the last few years….

“It is time to RESET, regroup and go back to enjoying all the steps to becoming the best player I know I can be. I am truly excited for a full season on the LET next year, travel the world again, get to see family more often and work slightly differently with my team.”

Roussin starts her 2024 campaign on the LET at the Aramco Saudi Ladies International on February 15, the second event of the season where she finished T18 last time out.
