RECORD NUMBER OF NATIONALITIES IN 2026 SHOWCASES GLOBAL NATURE OF LET

Ladies European Tour (LET) membership for the 2026 season has now closed with the season due to kick off next week with the PIF Saudi Ladies International.

This season will see the LET have a total of 378 members this season including 340 active playing members who will be competing in the 30 events across the 2026 season.

It is a record-breaking year for the LET with those 378 members representing 47 nationalities, which is an increase of four from the 2025 season. Additionally, it’s a new record for the LET and the most nationalities represented on any golf Tour in the world.

2026 will see several countries return to the LET with players from Brazil, Slovakia, the Philippines and Malaysia included once again. The 47 nationalities are from six continents of the world showcasing the truly global nature and reach of the Tour.

Since the Covid-19 Pandemic, there has been an upturn in players wanting to join the LET and this year is no exception. There will be 56 rookies with LET status in 2026, an increase from last season, and they will be representing 24 nationalities.

This season marks the 48th season of the LET and the Tour remains committed to inspiring the next generation of talent to pursue their passion and achieve their dreams through the game of golf.

2025 LET Order of Merit winner Shannon Tan said: “One of the things I love most about the LET is how international it is. I get to meet players from so many different countries and compete all around the world, which is really special. To be able to represent Singapore, while hopefully inspiring more junior golfers both at home and around the world, is something that means a great deal to me and I’m really grateful for that opportunity.”
