Dorota Zalewska secured top honours at Lalla Aicha Q-School winning the Final Qualifier by three strokes in Morocco.
The Polish star first joined the Ladies European Tour (LET) for the 2024 season after securing status at Q-School and becoming the first LET player from her country in history.
Over the past two years, the 26-year-old has played in 17 events in 2024 and 10 in 2025 with a best finish of T17 at the 2024 Dormy Open Helsingborg and 2025 Tipsport Czech Ladies Open.
Zalewska headed back to LET Q-School recording rounds of 67-71-66-67 on Al Maaden Golf and Royal Golf Marrakech to win with a total at 19-under-par.
“It’s incredible,” she said after her final round in Morocco. “My dream is becoming true basically. To be honest, it’s quite hard to even speak right now. I’m feeling quite good.
“[The difference] It was just my ability to score again. That was something I was struggling with the past two years on Tour especially this year. I was hitting it very well and I couldn’t make a score. This week, somehow it clicked and I had the patience and the patience saved me. I didn’t give up and I did it all.
“Little Dory would be proud and I’m a fighter. I try not to quit, and I haven’t quit this time as well. It gives me a good perspective for the future to trust myself and trust my gut and just go with the flow.
“My parents are my closest supporters. They motivate me all the time and they push me, they’re always with me. Also, thanks to my coach because he is the one who was pushing me to go and do what I need to do.”
With her full LET playing rights secured, the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga graduate is looking forward to the 2026 schedule.
The LET 2026 season boasts a calendar of 30 events across 21 countries and five continents with Zalewska excited to return to courses she knows.
She added: “I would love to play in the PIF Global Series, I haven’t played in one yet, so I would love to see what those tournaments look like. Australia and South Africa, the tournaments I played in my rookie year I missed them ,so I’m happy to play them again and the courses I know. It’s going to be fun.”
