A host of health and performance services were available to Ladies European Tour (LET) players on site at the PIF London Championship.
Thanks to the LET Performance Institute (LETPI) and with the support of tournament promoter Golf Saudi, many health and performance services were available on site throughout the week at Centurion Club.
A purpose-built structure was on site, which housed the Eleiko gym equipment, two physiotherapists, a massage therapist, the tournament doctor, as well as Strength & Conditioning and Pilates.
Before the tournament began, a Pilates instructor was on site for the second time this season offering one-on-one sessions with players, plus a group session for players and another for staff.

Meanwhile, mental health services were available for players, and a wellness zone was created on site to give players a quiet place for them to spend some time. The zone also housed recovery equipment such as bean bags, recovery boots and massage guns.
Some research was also happening on site in London with ophthalmology continuing their research collection, which began at the KPMG Women’s Irish Open, on depth perception.
Additionally, the research about how your bra impacts your swing and ball flights continued this week with the data analysed using a launch monitor and 3D tools including trackman.
