Club de Golf Terramar in Sitges, Barcelona, will host the Estrella Damm Mediterranean Ladies Open from April 20-23, providing Europe’s best women golfers with a second top professional golf tournament in Spain in 2017.
The Estrella Damm Mediterranean Ladies Open will be one of the most important women’s golf tournaments in the Mediterranean, driven by Marta Figueras-Dotti, the former tour player and current Vice Captain of The 2017 European Solheim Cup Team.
The Promoter will be Deporte and Business, who also promote and organise the Andalucía Costa del Sol Open de España Femenino in Málaga.
Figueras-Dotti introduced Estrella Damm as the title sponsor and the Mediterranean beer, made with malt, rice and hop, is brewed in nearby Barcelona and made from 100% natural ingredients, according to the original recipe from 1876.
