The Stars and Stripes of the USA will have two new additions on the Ladies European Tour (LET) in 2026 with Anna Morgan and Amy Lee competing in their rookie seasons.
Morgan, 24-years-old, and Lee, 28-years-old, both earned Category 12 status following two weeks of intense golf at Lalla Aicha Q-School in Morocco. The former produced an excellent performance at the Final-Qualifier last month finishing runner-up with a total score of 16-under par.
“I tried to treat it like any other tournament,” Morgan said, who turned pro in 2024 after graduating from Furman University. “I didn’t want to work myself up too much. I feel like this past year was kind of a tough year of golf after turning pro. I’m just super excited to get a full season and to travel to some really cool places.”
Lee meanwhile came up clutch on the final day firing a 66 (-7) at Al Maaden Golf Marrakech to earn a full card on the number. The terrific scorecard included a birdie on the final hole to ensure the 28-year-old joined compatriot Morgan in Category 12 for 2026.
“It feels great [to have my card],” Lee said. “Coming from behind took a little pressure off. I played really solid golf on the final day and stayed focused. I really tried to not think about the task at hand too much. I stayed focused and gave myself a lot of good opportunities on the par-5s.”
Lee joins the LET following several years on the Epson Tour where she earned six top-10 finishes. Prior to that, the Californian enjoyed a fine amateur career winning both the 2013 PING Junior Solheim Cup and 2014 Jr Ryder Cup. Lee also played collegiate golf at the University of Southern California (USC) and Baylor University.
“This is the first time for me coming to Europe playing as a professional,” she added. “I’ve played in the States since 2019 so it feels great to be able to capitalise on this opportunity. It’s a different opportunity and I’ll get to see different parts of the world and meet new people, see new courses.”
The pair will join Brianna Navarrosa as the trio of Americans with full status in 2026. Navarrosa enjoyed a wonderful rookie season in 2025 recording four top-10s en route to finishing 26th in the Order of Merit.
Compatriots Annika Borrelli and Hannah Gregg are also set to feature at some stage during the season having made it through to the Final-Qualifier in Morocco.
“I’ve heard so many great things about the LET,” Morgan said. “Luckily I feel like I already know a lot of the girls from different countries that play over here. Now in my rookie season I’ll be there.
“Having familiar faces [will help] and having the opportunity to place competitive golf, while getting to see some really cool places as I go, is really exciting. I can’t wait to travel with some friends and travel as much as possible.”
The American pair have plenty to look forward to in 2026 as the LET heads to five continents and 21 different countries. Both will make their season debuts at the Ford Women’s NSW Open when the circuit heads Down Under for a month in March.
“They’ve announced the schedule and I’ve been looking at all of it,” Morgan added. “I think I’m most excited for Australia. I know they have some crazy animals over there and I’ve heard it’s pretty cool, so I’m looking forward to that. But honestly, I’ve never been to many places outside of Europe. I’m excited to go wherever the game will take me.”
