- New events in Morocco, Austria and Portugal
- First time LETAS will be travelling outside Europe
- Tournaments to run from April to October
The Ladies European Tour Access Series (LETAS) has today announced its 2025 season schedule with new events in Morocco, Austria and Portugal. The Tour will have a minimum of 15 events across 11 countries, three more countries than last year.
The Terre Blanche Ladies Open, held at the prestigious Terre Blanche Hotel Spa Golf in France is back for its 13th edition and remains the kickoff event, taking place between April 3-5, before the season rounds out in Spain at the Iberdrola Calatayud Ladies Open in October.
So far, a total of five events have increased their prize funds for 2025, including the Amundi Czech Ladies Challenge and the four co-sanctioned Swedish Ahlsell Nordic Golf Tour events.
In late April, LETAS will travel outside Europe for the first time to Morocco for a new event, the Saidia Ladies Open at Golf Lacs Saidia.
May will see two new locations for the Tour, as LETAS returns to Portugal after a seven-year hiatus, followed by Austria two weeks later for the Allegria Ladies Open. The Santander Golf Tour-Avila in Spain will round off the month of events for May.
June is a busy stretch with the Montauban Ladies Open, the Amundi Czech Ladies Challenge and the PGA Championship all in the same month.
The PGA Championship at Landeryds Golfklubb marks the start of the “Swedish Swing” and will be a co-sanctioned event with the two Swedish professional tours, Cutter & Buck Tour and Ahlsell Nordic Golf Tour. Both men and women will be competing for separate prize funds of 600,000 SEK in mixed starting fields.
The season will finish in the same way as last year with autumn’s schedule including the Slovakia Ladies Golf Open, the Hauts de France Pas de Calais Golf Open, the Lavaux Ladies Open and the Iberdrola Calatayud Ladies Open.
With several new venues and events still to be confirmed, the Tour’s current total prize money of €692,500 is set to increase.
Last season Sweden’s Kajsa Arwefjall was crowned LETAS Order of Merit winner and Rookie of the Year after winning twice in her maiden season as a professional and securing status on the LET for 2025.
Six other players clinched LET cards for 2025 including Norway’s Tina Mazarino, Sweden’s Anna Magnusson, France’s Ariane Klotz, Denmark’s Natacha Host Husted as well as two English players, Megan Dennis and Billie Jo Smith.
At the end of the season, seven players on the LETAS Order of Merit will earn membership to the LET for 2026 while players finishing in T8 and T32 will be exempt from the final stage of LET Q-School.
Speaking about the announcement Alexandra Armas, LET CEO, said: “It looks set to be another fantastic year for the LET Access Series, with the Tour travelling outside Europe for the first time and hitting new markets. We are proud to release this schedule which shows the commitment there is to support our members, grow the game of golf, and provide greater competitive opportunities to players.”
Ana Larraneta, LETAS Tour Director, added: “We’re excited to release the schedule for the 2025 LETAS season. To have increasing prize funds year on year and three new events added is fantastic for our LETAS members and the Tour. I would like to say a massive thank you to the federations, our sponsors, and partners who are committed to growing the women’s game, for their continued support.”
