LADIES EUROPEAN TOUR APPOINTS TOM PHILLIPS AS CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Tom Phillips

The Ladies European Tour (LET) announced today the appointment of Tom Phillips as Chief Executive Officer, effective April 6, 2026.

Phillips brings more than 25 years of experience across the global golf and leisure industry and is currently serving as Director of Middle East for the DP World Tour. In that role, he leads a 30-person team in the United Arab Emirates and has played a key role in a period of significant growth and innovation, including the landmark title partnership with DP World.

During his tenure, Phillips has overseen the continued expansion of the European Tour Group across the Middle East, where six events now feature on the DP World Tour — including three Rolex Series tournaments — alongside two events on the HotelPlanner Tour, with combined prize money exceeding $35 million.

“Tom is a highly respected leader with deep international experience and a strong track record of delivering sustainable growth,” said Marta Figueras Dotti, Chair of the LET Ltd. Board. “His commercial expertise, collaborative approach and passion for the game make him the right person to lead the LET as we continue to build momentum for our players and our Tour.”

“Tom brings a global perspective and a clear understanding of how to grow professional sport in a way that benefits athletes, partners and fans, and his appointment reflects the Tour’s long-term vision and the opportunity to further strengthen the women’s golf ecosystem worldwide,” said Liz Moore, Chair of the LPGA-LET Joint Venture Board of Directors. “He has consistently demonstrated the ability to build strong teams and partnerships, and we’re excited about the leadership he’ll bring to the LET.”

Prior to joining the DP World Tour in 2019, Phillips spent nearly 15 years working with six-time major champion Sir Nick Faldo across London and Hong Kong, including as Chief Executive Officer of the Faldo Series. Under his leadership, the series expanded to 40 tournaments across 30 countries and is still widely recognised as a leading pathway for elite junior and amateur golfers.

Phillips later served as Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Golf Association, which included responsibility for the Hong Kong Open, and held senior business development roles in Asia, including with Mission Hills in China, where he oversaw the delivery of a full schedule of golf tournaments and helped negotiate long-term strategic partnerships with FC Barcelona, the NBA and the PGA of America.

“The Ladies European Tour has a proud history and an exciting future,” Phillips said. “I’m honoured to take on this role and look forward to working with the board, the team and the players to continue strengthening the Tour, expanding its global reach and creating even more opportunities for women in the game.”

Having lived and worked in Asia and the Middle East since 2005, the Englishman will return to the UK when he assumes the CEO role on April 6.
