Charley Hull has moved up to number three in the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings after her victory at the 2026 PIF Saudi Ladies International.
The English star secured her fifth title on the Ladies European Tour (LET) at Riyadh Golf Club over the weekend.
It was a second victory for Hull at Riyadh Golf Club, as she also won her fourth LET title on the same golf course in October 2024.
Beginning the final round three shots behind the leaders, the Solheim Cup star fired a final round of 65 (-7) to win the LET season opener by one stroke.
Hull rolled in a superb 60-foot eagle putt on the 12th hole and was six-under in her final eight holes to seal the title ahead of Japan’s Akie Iwai and South Africa’s Casandra Alexander.
Following the update by the Rolex Women’s World Golf Rankings, the 29-year-old now sits at number three behind Thailand’s Jeeno Thitikul and USA’s Nelly Korda.
It is a career-best ranking for Hull and also the highest ever achieved by an Englishwoman since the rankings began in 2006.
Speaking after her triumph, Hull said: “It feels great. Wow, it’s gone a bit too fast today. I was only two-under through nine holes and then I made a charge on the back nine.
“I like how this golf course has really matured over the years and it’s getting trickier each year. It was a good challenge.
“I worked really hard this off-season, so it’s nice to get a result pretty much straight away and it’s one of the bigger events on the LET.”
