After the opening two events of the 2025 Ladies European Tour (LET) season, it is Cara Gainer who sits at the top of the rankings.
The season-long competition to crown the LET’s number one player got underway in Morocco with players looking to follow in the footsteps of Switzerland’s Chiara Tamburlini.
With two tournaments completed, England’s Gainer leads the way at the top of the standings with 505.18 points to her name.
The 29-year-old won the season-opening event defeating India’s Diksha Dagar in a playoff at the Lalla Meryem Cup.
Gainer also made the cut at last week’s PIF Saudi Ladies International finishing T53 to add a few more points to her total.
Closely following behind is Thailand’s Jeeno Thitikul, who was the winner in Riyadh, and she sits in second place in the standings with 500 points.
It’s been a great start to the season for England’s Annabell Fuller, who is in third place with 340 points to her name.
The Englishwoman has finished in the top 10 at the first two events securing T6 at the Lalla Meryem Cup and outright third place at the PIF Saudi Ladies International.
India’s Dagar is fourth with 320 points after her runner-up finish in Morocco, meanwhile Singapore’s Shannon Tan is fifth with 242.56 points after third place in Morocco and T39 in Riyadh.
The LET season takes a trip to Australia in March with the first of three events – the Australian WPGA Championship – taking place from March 6-9 at Sanctuary Cove Golf and Country Club.
