FULLER FEELING MENTALLY STRONG AFTER IMPRESSIVE HYROX FEAT

Another week, another impressive fitness feat from Annabell Fuller as the English star completed her second Hyrox race of the season… this time just days before teeing up at the Aramco Korea Championship in Seoul.

Not content with one Hyrox race in 2025 – Fuller completed the indoor fitness competition back in February with fellow Ladies European Tour (LET) star Pauline Roussin-Bouchard – the 22-year-old doubled her catalogue on Saturday completing the solo challenge in an impressive time of 1 hour 17 minutes and 37 seconds.

The race, taking place in London, consisted of a 1km run followed by one workout, repeated eight times.

“I loved it!” Fuller said four days later. “It was so much fun. I was dreading it after the sled pull – I did not enjoy that one – but overall the whole thing was so cool. It was a great atmosphere and I had so much adrenaline. You don’t really get that in golf so I love that part of it.

“Now that I’ve done it I really want to do another one again to get a better time! I think I’m now hooked on solo Hyrox. I’m doing mixed doubles with my friend at the end of May in Cardiff.”

Fuller is no stranger to athletic endeavours juggling golf with a mightily impressive fitness regime – one which includes CrossFit training and running.

“I think it really helps [my preparation for tournaments],” the English star explains.“Mentally, I know if I can get through that, pushing yourself in a different way, I know mentally I can get through anything. I now feel mentally ready for this week and I’m really excited.

“I feel fine. I even went for a little 10k yesterday and feel a lot better than I thought I would. Back to normal functioning!”

As for this week, Fuller, currently 12th in the LET Order of Merit, tees up at the $2,000,000 Aramco Korea Championship in Seoul. She will be a team captain in the event – one which adopts the same format as the PIF Saudi Ladies International where she finished third back in February.

“I like the team aspect,” Fuller said. “Being able to play with other people and have a good chat. I always play better when I’m happy and in a good mood in the course. But I’ll just take things shot by shot. I had a couple of weeks with my coach at home and I feel like my swing is in a good place again.

“I took a run through the markets yesterday which was so much fun. I think the culture and the food here is really awesome. I really love the bibimbap in particular.”
