After a hectic, nail-biting week at LPGA Q-Series in Alabama, a host of Ladies European Tour (LET) stars secured their cards for 2026.
A total of nine LET members finished inside the top-25 and ties at RTJ at Magnolia Grove to earn Category 15 status for next season. This came following a hampered Final Stage which was reduced to 72-holes due to rain and fog.
Leading the way was Germany’s Helen Briem, a one-time winner on the LET. The 20-year-old carded rounds of 65-69-71-68 to top the standings with a score 13-under par.
“Right now I’m a bit lost for words,” Briem said. “I entered this week with not a lot of expectations. But overall, I’m really happy that I am able to play LPGA next year, and that’s really cool.”
The German finished ninth on the 2025 LET Order of Merit and heaped praise on the European circuit following her successful performance.
“I mean, it’s great,” she continued. “It shows how good European golf is, how good the LET is. How many girls? I think five or six of the LET made it through [from the top-10 of the Order of Merit]. So yeah, that’s just great!”
Joining Briem was French duo Perrine Delacour and Nastasia Nadaud. The former finished in T3 on 10-under par while Nadaud, a winner at the LET season-finale in Spain, capped off a stunning 10 days by ending the week in T10 on eight-under par.
Also earning a card for 2026 was Swiss star Chiara Tamburlini. The 26-year-old won the Order of Merit and Rookie of the Year double in 2024 and delivered a confident performance finishing T15 on seven-under par.
“Speechless…” Tamburlini wrote on Instagram. “What a way to end the year. See you in 2026, LPGA Tour! Endless thanks to my team, my sponsors, my family, my friends — and everyone who’s been cheering me on. Grateful beyond words.”
Two back in T17 was Ireland’s Lauren Walsh, the player who finished 10th on the LET Order of Merit to earn her spot at Final Qualifying. Walsh had a wonderful final day firing a 67 (-5) to earn her 2026 LPGA card.
The Irishwoman said: “It’s been a dream of mine for a very, very long time. So yeah, little Lauren would be very proud.
“The LET’s been absolutely amazing the last two years. It’s taught me so much. It’s taught me how to travel, how to stay on top of all that stuff. We have a very strong Tour over there now. Just by the results this week, there were so many of us in contention here.”
England’s Mimi Rhodes meanwhile, winner of the 2025 Rookie of the Year accolade, earned her card on the number thanks to a clutch birdie on the final hole.
Other LET members earning their cards in Alabama include Germany’s Polly Mack, who fired a final round 64 (-8), England’s Jodi Ewart Shadoff and Slovenia’s Ana Belac. The final leaderboard can be found here.
