With her victory in the inaugural Australian Ladies Classic Bonville on the Coffs Coast in New South Wales on Sunday, France’s Céline Boutier has leapfrogged Georgia Hall from England into first position on the 2018 LET order of merit.
This was her second LET event of the year and she earned 150 points, as well as a cheque for 33,391.65 euros.
Boutier had missed the cut in Canberra and she said: “It’s always nice to win in the first part of the season. I’ve had a rough start, so this will boost my confidence going forward.”
