BOSIO HAPPY TO BE PLAYING WELL AT LET Q-SCHOOL

Justice Bosio

Justice Bosio is no stranger to playing in Ladies European Tour (LET) events having teed it up as an amateur during the Australian swing.

The 20-year-old contended in the 2024 Women’s NSW Open and ended up finishing T6 which is also where she finished at the 2022 Australian Women’s Classic.

Back in April, Bosio spoke about her plan to attend Lalla Aicha Q-School and try to earn her card for the LET.

Having turned professional, the Australian ended last week’s Pre-Qualifier Marrakech in a share of first place at Samanah Golf Club.

Bosio produced rounds of 74-70-68 to easily qualify through to this week’s Final Qualifier and has gained confidence from the last few weeks.

“With playing in the LET events in Australia over the last few years and having some good results that definitely gave me some confidence to turn professional,” she said.

“It’s always nice to see your name up the top of the leaderboard, but it was definitely a confidence boost being in contention at NSW Women’s Open this year.

“I played the Australian Open right before I came over to Morocco. I had a T11 finish so was playing some pretty good golf coming into last week for the Pre-Q & was happy to carry it over.”

The Final Qualifier will see a 90-hole stroke play competition with a cut after 72 holes, with the top 65 and ties progressing to the final day.

For the first four rounds, competitors will alternate between Royal Golf Marrakech and Al Maaden Golf Marrakech; the fifth round will be played on Al Maaden Golf Marrakech.

With an LET card at stake, Bosio is hoping to use the same mindset as last week to seal her spot on the Tour in 2025.

She explained: “The golf courses this week are nice, so far, I have only played Royal & it is very different from my qualifying course, very demanding off the tee so if you are getting off the tee well this week you should be able to shoot a good score around Royal.

“The mindset is the same as last week, just to go out there and have some fun, stay calm and hopefully that will lead to some good golf being played and a card on the LET for 2025.”
