The players in Spain who opted to donate 5 euros per birdie during the first two rounds of the Estrella Damm Mediterranean Ladies Open have raised 1,450 euros for Prostate Cancer Research in memory of caddie Gerald Adams, who passed away on Monday 3rd April 2017 at the age of 60. The Ladies European Tour has matched the contribution, meaning that a total of 2,900 euros has been raised.
