Denmark’s Iben Tinning might have been without a victory in 2003, but with eight top ten finishes and a starring role at The Solheim Cup in Sweden, along with gaining her LPGA Tour card by winning the qualifying school at the first attempt, it’s hardly surprising that she was voted winner of “Den Gyldne Golfbold”, or the ‘Golden Golf Ball’ for becoming the Danish Golfer of the Year for 2003.
