The first hurdle in the LET’s Tour School marathon has been completed with 91 players having graduated to the Final Stage. A total of 154 players had entered the First Stage of Pre-Qualifying from the 6th – 9th December for the 2013 season, with the majority from Sweden, England and then the USA.

Morocco’s Maha Haddioui had a fantastic performance in Marrakech, in front of her fans. Maha lead Field B with a final result of 16 under par, three strokes clear of Holly Clyburn, from England.

English amateur Emily Taylor carded a final round of 66 on the Almekis Golf Course to lead her side of the field. Taylor (-17) finished five strokes clear of Swede Camilla Lennarth and Germany’s Nina Holleder.

The top 45 and ties made it through to the final stage, with the cut falling at 6 over par on both courses.

This Pre-Qualifying stage will be followed by Final Qualifying from the 13th – 17th December. A 90-hole test now awaits the players, who will play the Final Stage at Amelkis and Al Maaden Golf Resort, Marrakech, from Thursday. Again, the field will play both courses for the first four rounds with a cut to the leading players after 72 holes. The final round, which will determine exemption categories for the 2013 season, will then be played on Al Maaden Golf & Resort
