A new season is now just around the corner on the Ladies European Tour (LET) with the Lalla Meryem Cup kicking things off in two weeks’ time. With an abundance of young stars looking to make their mark in 2025, here are 10 players aged 22-and-under to watch on the LET this year…
Helen Briem (Germany)
Age: 19
2024 Order of Merit: 27th
Achievements: 1x LET win, 4x LETAS wins, 2023 Girls Amateur Champion, 2x PING Junior Solheim Cup winner, 1x Junior Ryder Cup winner
It was historic year for Helen Briem in 2024 as the world’s best amateur turned pro before becoming a winning machine on the LET Access Series (LETAS). In June, Briem made history winning three times in a row before adding a fourth title at the Rose Ladies Open later on in the year – the most in a single season on the feeder circuit. But the big hitting German wasn’t done there. Having lost in a playoff to Perrine Delacour at the Helsingborg Open she went one better on the LET winning the La Sella Open in September to fast-track her full card.
An early favourite for the 2025 Order of Merit, expect the 19-year-old to continue where she left off last year by adding more titles to her resume.
Shannon Tan (Singapore)
Age: 20
2024 Order of Merit: 6th
Achievements: 1x LET win, 1x Olympian, 1x China LPGA win
From one history-maker to another, Shannon Tan had a 2024 to remember as she won on her pro-LET debut at the Magical Kenya Ladies Open to become Singapore’s first LET winner. The young star followed this up with four top-10s during the season helping her become her nation’s first Olympic golfer at the Paris Games. Like Briem, age is just a number for Tan with the Singaporean now cemented as one of the LET’s biggest and brightest talents.
Pia Babnik (Slovenia)
Age: 21
2024 Order of Merit: 32nd
Achievements: 2x LET wins, 2x Olympian, 2019 Girls Amateur Champion, PING Junior Solheim Cup player

After a torrid 2023 plagued with injury and swing changes Babnik made a resilient resurgence last year registering four-top 10s to regain her full card and qualify for Paris 2024. Having regained her mojo, Babnik’s goal for 2025 is simple – capture LET title number three.
